The WWU Student Academy of Audiology (SAA) promotes hearing health, education, and advocacy in Whatcom County and nearby areas. Through community outreach events and collaboration with WWU's Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic, we improve access to hearing healthcare and raise awareness about audiologic topics and available services offered through our community clinic. Our chapter supports students' professional development by providing volunteer opportunities, education, and advocacy experiences, with the goal of enhancing hearing and communication for everyone in our community.
